Implemented salesforce as CRM  with 100% adoption rate making it part of our sales culture.   Introduced and managed monthly pricing review process leading to increased margins in 2015 of over 90 basis points

One of seven Veritiv employee's to be part of the packaging strategy team sponsored by outside consultants to develop the Veritiv five year packaging strategy

P&L and sales leadership responsibility for two locations Columbia and Greenville, SC.    Combined sales $90MM,  120K sq ft warehouse space, fleet 20 delivery trucks, and sales offices in Augusta, GA, and Charleston, SC.  

Direct reports 11, including  warehouse manager for each facility, packaging sales manager, administration manager and all printing paper sales professionals. 

Created and implemented plan to consolidate Greenville warehouse into Columbia location May 2011.   Moving over $10MM worth of inventory, hiring new staff in Columbia facility to manage increase in revenue.   Resulting in lower operating expense of over $750K, with no customer disruption. 

Achieved sales and EBIT budget in 2010 and sales budget in 2011.

Hired to created a flexible program to include developing and implementing strategy, supplier qualification and hiring of sales professionals.  

Created import strategy utilizing Victory Shanghai LLC, office for supplier qualification process.  Selected and set up over 20 suppliers focusing on polyolefin shrink film and high graphic printed polyethylene films. 

Grew program from greenfield to annualized run rate of $8MM in 2009.    Direct reports consisted of four sales professionals (reduced to two in 2008) and one sales administrative position.

Grew top line sales by 4% in 2006 and increased EBIT by $800K by lowering OPEX.   Returning the division to profitability.
