Skills

Teaching the Bible and Theology

I have been teaching the Bible to all ages for almost twenty years. It is my passion and the very heart of my ministry. Helping others see the truth and power found in the Word of God brings me more joy than I can describe here.

Public speaking / Communication

I have honed my speaking and communication skills over the last 15 years in ministry through preaching and teaching and in my 12 years of experience in grassroots organization development and government relations (lobbying).

Personality / Skill Assessment

In my many years of pastoring, teaching, and volunteer recruiting, I have learned how to assess and engage different personalities to help them understand the material. Understanding others' personalities and skillsets provides an opportunity to help achieve their capacity appropriately. I am very familiar with the DISC and Enneagram personality tests.

Project Management / Team Building

Over the course of my career,  I have extensive experience managing and overseeing various projects, committees, or task forces, pointing to my leadership and teamwork skills.
