Provides strategic leadership and oversight for marriage and parenting event programming within the Family Ministries Department. Responsible for the full lifecycle of event initiatives—from ideation and strategic planning to execution and post-event evaluation. Manages all aspects of event production, implementation, and departmental coordination, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with ministry goals. Holds authority over project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful experiences that support family growth and engagement.
Brand Management - Oversight of all phases for new church event brand builds: creative system, digital & physical promotional content, attendee event workbooks, church promotional video invites and speaker introductions, post event journey emails, presentation slide decks, and interdepartmental/collaborative partnership assets.
Digital database and reporting infrastructure architecture. Includes real-time data to current weekly, monthly, quarterly, and FY results.
Direct & hands on promotion and implementation of team building and positive departmental work culture.
