Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Navigation Apps
Started out as a graduate in 2016 - now responsible for helping our turn by turn navigation apps fly off the virtual shelf.
- Understanding the market, competitors and audiences, to influence strategic direction using a data-driven approach and deliver actionable insights. Bringing the voice of the consumer into the engineering & product team.
- Working cross-functionally with both product (UX, UX research & customer care) and marketing teams (PR, CRM & Social) to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
- Analytical approach to campaigns and managing customer lifecycle across all channels. Constantly adjusting and analyzing performance based on KPIs and north star metric.
- Deliver adapted value propositions based on collaborative work with UX research, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative insights. Communicating product value and tech with a benefit-driven approach to end-users.
- Lead GTM and annual marketing plans across a variety of channels to drive awareness and engagement for our applications.
