Responsible for end-to-end master data management for First Data's SpendTrend product, including data governance, stewardship, methodology, analysis, and production. The product was first created in 2009 and then re-developed at my direction to solve for data and trending anomalies in 2013.

• SpendTrend consumer spend data is currently reported in major media outlets (MSNBC, Wall Street Journal, AP, etc.) and utilized by major financial investment firms.
• Economic trend analysis were highly correlated to DOC retail trends
• Produced retail and service event analysis for publication through major media outlets

Created a data management tool to solve for data anomalies and inconsistencies.

• The tool is currently leveraged to build new customer-facing output and improve existing processes.
• Created data solutions that are crucial to data monetization.

To assess client reporting needs, I met with major retail company executives, financial companies, and IAS partners to develop industry-related custom data reports using SpendTrend or similar methodology for retail growth trend reporting.

• Responsible for data management and delivery for many business requests, including loyalty product support, national account custom reporting, press release analysis, and ad-hoc analytics.
• Managed high-performing analytics and development team responsible for new product initiatives, process improvement, and product expansion.

• Responsible for and have implemented creative problem-solving techniques that improve processes, quality, and scalability, thus facilitating the monetization of output.

• Managed a team of developers and analysts whose responsibilities included data mining, reporting, and presentation of First Data Credit/Debit Card activity, TeleCheck check activity, and merchant specific analytics across all platforms of FDC
• Responsible for process automation and streamlining, continuing responsibilities as Manager over Business Planning and Development.
• Responsible for custom report development and  production  using available tools (MS Access, MS Excel, MySQL, WPS)
• Because of our depth of knowledge and reporting acumen, my team became responsible for defining, consolidating, and maintaining standardized data definitions across all of TeleCheck for use in merchant-facing reports.

• Responsible for a team of business developers and analysts whose objective is to design, develop, and maintain automated processes that streamline reporting functions for the top 10% client base, whose annual billing revenues exceeded $100,000.
• Owned and managed the development and delivery of National Account reporting to TeleCheck’s National customer base.
• Assessment of merchant profitability of the National Account portfolio for forecasting. My team built and automated profitability analysis processes that systemically identified the profitability of our National retail clientele, and provided recommendations to sales staff for rate adjustments.
• Provided direction to project coordinators responsible for initializing automation projects, establishing communication standards between developers and internal customers, and finalizing project roll-out.

• Designed, developed, implemented, and maintained custom reporting TeleCheck National clientele, in collaboration with relationship management teams and clients, in order to provide for client data needs.
• On-site training of managers of large corporations on how to extract their TeleCheck data and utilize via MS Access.
• Automated National Accounts internal report processing to reduce and reallocate existing resources and improve reporting accuracy
