Led the team that designed and built the MP3tunes service and led integration efforts with partners such as Logitech, Nokia and Clarion. Managed technology related aspects of running a small Internet company, including internal IT and data center operations.

Successfully integrated Infogate technologies into AOL Broadband products; coordinated with the mother ship in Dulles, VA for subsequent development and releases. The San Diego office was shut down by AOL in Dec, 2003. The options were a severance or move. I like San Diego.

Infogate built innovative subscription-based services with leading partners including CNN, USA Today, and the Tribune Company. Responsible for architecting and developing web technologies that scaled to support hundreds of thousands of users, as well as branding for multiple partners.

I led the web development team that rebuilt PointCast, which was launched as the Infogate toolbar. Heavy integration with server and client teams.

Infogate was purchased by AOL Time Warner in March, 2003.
