Dr. Hall was born in Brooklyn New York, and raised in Mexico from toddler to age 8 and went to French international grade schools. During his early adulthood years he was a musician, piano mechanic/tuner , Con Edison meter reader and New York City taxi driver before receiving his GED in 1975.
