Licensed Illinois educator with extensive experience in Pre-K, Early Childhood Special Education, and grant-funded early learning programs. Proven success interpreting ISBE regulations, managing Pre-K for all grant compliance, coordinating IEP and Child Find processes, supporting staff, and building strong family and community partnerships. I am seeking a grant-funded Pre-K Coordinator position to lead high-quality, developmentally appropriate programming for children and families from birth to age five.

Young children thrive in environments that are developmentally appropriate, inclusive, and responsive to their individual strengths and needs. My philosophy centers on the belief that learning begins at birth and is most effective when educators, families, and communities work collaboratively to support the whole child—socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.
