The best project plan is nothing without buy-in.  If your team and your clients don't believe in you, your project milestones might as well be tombstones. 

Process

SMART goals, realistic requirements, deliverables that make sense.  Have the plan to win and keep your clients in the loop while you're at it.  To do that, you need to use powerful tools, and I'm familiar with JIRA, Asana, QuickBase, Clarizen, Trello, Slack, Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite.

Levity

Guiding B2B and B2C site relaunches, ongoing website development, branding, design and maintenance projects for more than 25 simultaneous clients.  Working with industries that range from endpoint security to big data analytics, sizes from startups to corporations, and project scopes from $10,000 to $340,000.  Responsible for project scoping, budgeting, resourcing and final proposals to ensure that the project meets budget, hits milestones and exceeds expectations.  Leading client-facing stakeholder meetings to provide continuous clarity on project progress and budget.

Major Wins:

While managing a client load of over 20, was responsible for more written and video client testimonials for company use than any other project manager for the 2019 year (14 total).

Development of a company-wide SOP for project managers with high client loads, to better meet or exceed client expectations and functionally enable upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Overall process improvements led to a 8% margin gain for the company for the 2018-2019 year.

Managed a team of 43 direct report employees.  Project planning and execution of 12-14 week remodel project plans with strict labor and material budgets.  District trainer for 16 stores for general ledger analysis and process improvement.  District lead for inventory control audits and processes.

Major Win:

Creation of end of life reporting and pricing tool which saved the home store over $95,000 in back charges the first month it was implemented and over $970,000 for the district for the first full fiscal quarter of implementation.

Managed a team of 22 direct report employees Responsible for multiple best practice process implementations still used to manage inventory level accuracy.  District trainer for the inventory auditing process and onboarding new Sales Support managers. Responsible for hiring and onboarding of new employees and ensuring EEO and Affirmative Action audit compliance.

Major Win:
Creation of a new scan audit process for physical inventories which saved an average of 50 hours of labor per store during their yearly audits.  This process was rolled out across a 16-store district, saving the district almost $20,000 in labor and increasing inventory scan accuracy by 15%.
