    • Led successful spin-off of software company from clinically integrated physician group ownership and eventually sold the technology, positioning for continued growth as part of an integrated medical management platform.
    • Raised $7M in growth equity from Anthem Inc., supporting their ACO and integrated population health strategy.
    • Orchestrated entry into adjacent market through the successful acquisition of two market leading companies that added $60 million in profitable revenue and new growth path for legacy business.
    • Implemented enterprise product management department from conception that produced roadmap valued at $20M over 24 months from innovations in legacy business.
    • Received board approval for a 5 year growth execution plan from a publicly traded healthcare company serving 47 Medicaid states and 270 managed medicaid health plans.
    • Developed strategic, Fortune 50 channel partnerships: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Microsoft, and Dell.
