Atleq (أطلق) was a pop-up project in Abha, Asir for analyzing the region's customer behavior to new entertainment and recreational activities before the company invest in developing an amusement park. I was recruited to handle the planning and staffing sides of the project.

  • Nomou Initiative 
    • Led the initiative to channel receive 1,000,000+ views online, gained 17,000+ subscriptions, and was featured in #1 show in the Middle East, EyshElly, as "Must-See".
    • hired as consultant to the Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia and managed to grow its channel, Aali TV, views 1000% by improving the content creation process and expanding the distribution network. 
  • Saudi Centre
    • Led the organization to acquire 5000+ members making it the most attractive Saudi-Canadian non-profit organization for talented volunteers, MNCs sponsors, city councillors, and prospect members. 
    • Leveraged the brand growth to raise $300,000 from donations, sponsorship deals, membership fees, and advanced events' tickets, which in turn helped SC to deliver 200 activities, 50 trips, 12 workshops, and 4 mega events in the second year.  
  • Saudi Association at York University
    • Trained and directed a task force of volunteers to execute the Settlement Package (finding accommodation, opening bank account, acquiring cellular service, and secure discounted public transportation access), which benefited 1000 Saudi/International students.
