- Global HR Leadership: Lead global HR and talent acquisition strategies, driving internationalization initiatives and spearheading projects to improve recruitment inclusivity and personalize the onboarding journey.
- Strategic Business Support: Partner with C-level management to support global operations, including budgeting, workforce planning, and organizational scaling.
- Saudi Arabia Expansion: Successfully led the HR strategy for the expansion into the KSA market, defining the EVP and personally hiring the first employee.
- Compliance & Culture: Support the definition of critical policies to ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations while maintaining alignment with the global company culture and policies.
- Employee Experience: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding; serve as the primary point of contact for general employee support and conduct stay interviews.
- Development & Communication: Design global training programs, support management teams, and lead the "People Newsletter" to ensure transparency during organizational changes.
- D&I: Contribute to the development of equity and diversity strategies and actively participate in dedicated workgroups.
