- Built and continuously improved various ISO Quality Systems / Certifications of the company such as: ISO 9001:2008, ISO / TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, QC 080000:2012 and other quality systems (Sony Green Partner (GP), Intel Quality Operating System (QOS) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL))
- Instituted various company-wide quality policies, business plans and quality objectives/programs

- Attended to and addressed quality issues and drives for root causes and corrective actions utilizing various Quality Tools and Problem-Solving Methodologies (8-Discipline, Fishbone Analysis, Why-Why Analysis, etc.)

- Assisted the Purchasing in resolving issues related to quality of supplied materials

- Business & Manufacturing Systems Engineering
- Designed, standardized and led automation activities (in collaboration with IT) to continuously update and improve the company’s business and manufacturing operations systems and processes
- Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability (Laboratory)
- Oversaw the detailed Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability Assessment on IC chips through advanced equipment (e.g., X-ray, SEM, RH / Temperature chambers, etc.) and lead and directed corrective actions based on FA findings

- Mentored, managed and coached quality assurance staff, monitored and evaluated their performance and maintained required discipline
