Eileen Betlinski-Brown

Growing up and working in the restaurant industry has had a positive impact on my ability to adapt to a wide variety of people; being able to relate and converse with new people are a few of my talents! Communication, teamwork, and leadership are definitely my strong skills. Being under pressure and having to think quick, move quick, in a couple different restaurants has driven my work ethic to not just be apart of the professional side of me but to truly be apart of who I am. My drive and determination is what makes my conflict and stress management seamless!! Preforming under pressure makes me want to be bigger and better than the day before! I love learning and growing everyday!
