Key Duties and Achievements:

  • Acquired 12 new customers with a total annual value of $2,5 M and developed business with current clients by means of up-selling products/services and through cross-selling
  • Led tender negotiation, contract signing, customer implementation process and support, contract renewal (extension rate increased by 75%)
  • Integrated local CRM with client Intranet, which used as a reporting operational tool and allowed customers to manage their fleet more effectively ($0.2 M annual cost saving per customer reached)
  • Played key role in Budget Forecasting, Product Committee, Pricing Committee and Credit Risk Committee, initiated measures to improve performance (bad debt overdue decreased from 10% to 3% of funding)
  • Reinforced interaction with Operations and Finance Departments through coaching and team building activities to ensure delivery of excellent service and high-quality solutions to the client
