Insitutional Clients (tenants, in this case - cities or areas) buy the platform to support and assist the Small Businesses in the area. Advisors are invited to provide services and are payed (by the tenant) for providing their services on the platform. SBOs can register for free to get a consultation or find the matching capital products.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to determine the project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning product initiatives with business strategies and market needs.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the project team, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

An app designed to help Miami residents get quality water, as well as track how much water they consume per day to monitor their health.
Team: Project Manager, Business Analyst, Designer, DevOps, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Backend Developers, QA Engineers.
It includes 2 mobile apps as well as separate web services for administrators:
1. A mobile app to track daily water consumption and a marketplace to purchase a subscription for bottled water in Miami. As well as a web platform for administrators to manage orders and subscriptions.
2. A mobile app for ordering self-serve beverages from drive-through cafes, and a web platform for admin to manage orders.
