• Conducts research, provides analysis, and makes recommendations to aid in decision making for Business Analyst team.
• Provides analysis and recommendations for resolution of issues and process improvement.
• Processes requested maintenance on the Core system as approved by business units.
• Completes thorough test scripts and testing for any system upgrades/changes or new system implementations.

• Assists with the day to day transaction of the bank's clients, including check cashing, balancing cash drawer, performing settlement procedures, and processing withdrawals and deposits for both consumer and business customers within established guidelines and authority.
• Helps customers by answering routine and complex questions concerning accounts, products, services, policies, and procedure.
• Supports customer relationship development and transaction processing to assist the bank in meeting its sales and service goals.

Responsible for managing a swim lesson program that serviced over 1000
patrons, which involved the following duties:

• Creating and managing program offerings in online database.
• Providing feedback and training to assist instructors in delivering high quality
  swim education.
• Helping patrons with lesson sign-ups and other program-related issues.

• Responsible for overseeing up to 10 employees.
• Maintain a safe environment for patrons by performing regular
  maintenance.
• Generate a nightly report detailing mechanical problems and other
  occurrences throughout the shift to inform management.
