Responsibilities:

• Act as a pivotal intermediary, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration among senior leadership to effectively address existing client requests and furnish comprehensive data for prospective clients
• Negotiate third-party contracts and define scopes of work with a focus on optimizing pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Ensure adherence to investment management agreements for clients, meticulously meeting all deadlines, and uphold compliance with property management and joint venture (JV) agreements
• Oversee and support annual budget and business plans, specifically 5-year capital plans, insurance and real estate taxes, leasing assumptions, recovery ratios, and all ownership expenses(audit, tax, appraisals, etc.)
• Quarterly analyses of actuals vs budgets to drive property NOI and identify areas for improvement
• Review acquisition and disposition transactions, providing financial support and tax structuring expertise throughout the investment lifecycle
• Review and provide expert opinion on quarterly real estate valuations, considering factors such as leasing activity, market rents, and growth rates
• Direct oversight of fund administrator, financial reporting and review of fair value measurements for commercial real estate globally
• Oversee quarterly debt valuations and fund debt management
• Develop and maintain return models on a deal-by-deal basis accordance with fund agreements, considering global market dynamics, as well as modeling fund projections and exit strategies
• Supervise and approve all aspects of cash management for funds and assets, encompassing capital projects, cash injections, operating distributions, invoicing, client fees, and cash forecast requirements
• Developed a financial model to enhance capital raising efforts, maximizing capital commitments and forecasting future funding needs

• Coached and developed a diverse team of 20 professionals globally, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity
• Led the development and implementation of a comprehensive department-wide project management system using JIRA, integrating automated workflows and approval processes to enhance productivity
• Developed and implemented standard operating procedures for managing day to day operations while ensuring streamlined processes and efficient collaboration
• Generated quarterly fund-level reporting and financial oversight for over $2 billion in real estate investments, including the calculation of incentive fees and management fees amounting to approximately $65 million for realized funds
• Revamped FOAs onboarding process, including a dynamic set of training videos and implemented for a starting class of 10 new hires in 2025
