During my transition year (2024 - 2025), I had the opportunity to work in an artisanal jewellery store in Florence, Italy.

• While working with the store's owner, a silversmith and goldsmith, Iwona, I learned the basics of creating silver jewellery through a wide variety of techniques and equipment, even making some jewellery to be sold in her store.

During my time as an art class assistant I have helped to:

• Provide valuable support to the arts and crafts teacher at Sticky Fingers Arts & Crafts, assisting with classes and camps during school holidays.
• Collaborate with the teacher to create engaging arts and crafts activities for children, fostering creativity and imagination.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of materials and supplies, ensuring a smooth and organised flow of activities.
• Maintain a positive environment, inspiring and motivating children to explore their individual and collaborative artistic abilities.

I babysit for families in my local area (ages <1 - 10)

• I can work well with children of all ages 
• I can adapt to the needs and preferences of individual children, ensuring they feel understood and encouraged.

• Currently serving as a Junior Life Saver at St. John Birchmans, actively participating in life-saving activities and competitions.
• Competed in the International Swimming Competition [SPEEDS] held in Birmingham, England, in March 2024, showcasing exceptional swimming skills and dedication to the sport.
• Earned two gold medals in competition, demonstrating high proficiency and excellence in swimming.
• Completed various life-saving tasks and challenges, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in aquatic environments.
• Actively participated in training sessions and workshops, continuously improving swimming techniques and life-saving skills.
• Collaborated with teammates and coaches, fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment.
• Demonstrated strong discipline and commitment to training schedules, consistently striving for personal and team excellence.

During my transition year (2024 - 2025), I attended the In-Florence academy to study and learn the Italian language. This involved intensive classes from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm daily. During the year, I achieved an internationally recognised level B1 of Italian.
