Personal Assistant
- Operating full diary management for chairman, which includes; arranging meetings, typing confidential letters, keeping records of personal assets and confidential documents
- Accompanying the chairman and engineers team aboard to conclude major projects' contracts whenever it is required in order to provide more accurate information and quick assistance
- Organizing itineraries , accompanying & escorting foreign delegates
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Attending to all incoming and outgoing mails for the chairman
- Developing an internal filing system for administration, ensuring the protection and security of files.
- Developing and updating suppliers database .
- Dealing with internal and external queries where appropriate.
- Supervising regular supply of all required office materials including stationery, buffet, and office equipment/furniture.
- Liaise with staff, vendors, clients, and guests
