    Trepp, Inc. is the leading provider of information, analytics and technology to the global CMBS, commercial real estate, and banking industries by providing market participants tools to increase their operational efficiencies, information transparency and investment performance.

     My role as Trepp’s Director of Academic and Industry Relations is to develop partnerships between Trepp and universities with robust real estate programs. My goal is to complement these programs and support students at bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels by offering training and resources to make them more competitive in the marketplace.

    • Built a Trepp Education Segment that support undergraduates, graduates, PhD candidates and professors 
    • Developed an E-Learning Portal that has numerous educational assets to support young professionals as well as students
    • Generates sales by licensing our historical DataFeed and products to academic institutions
    • Guides the strategy on partnerships with industry groups
    • Reports directly to the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer

    Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA)

    MHPA develops and advances public policy that improves access and delivery of quality health care to Medicaid enrollees while prudently managing taxpayer dollars.

    • Developed a marketing campaign to rebrand the association

    Commercial Real Estate Finance Council(CREFC)

    CREFC is the trade association for the $3. 1 trillion commercial real estate finance industry. More than 250 companies and 5, 500 individuals are members of CREFC.

    • Managed a $7.5M annual budget for meetings and sponsorship
    • Planned 2 major conferences per year with 1, 200-1, 800 attendees concurrently with 25-30 smaller meetings ranging from 50-300 attendees
    • Responsible for all aspects of planning and executing meetings including; site selection, contract negotiation, marketing , onsite materials, room configuration, food & beverage and audio visual.
    • Developed panel topics, moderators and speakers for 4 larger conferences
    • Worked with the President & CEO plus association members to retain and recruit new members
    • Increased sponsorship by 49% for the 2014 January Conference

    National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM)

    NAREIM members manage investment capital on behalf of third party investors in commercial real estate assets such as office, retail, multi-family, industrial and hotels. Collectively, NAREIM members manage over a trillion dollars of investments assets.

    • Restructured the association's meeting schedule to be more efficient and profitable
    • Had sole responsibility for the logistics, support and successful execution of 4 high profile meetings in DC and various cities throughout the United States
    • Researched, selected and implemented a new database software system to manage membership
    • Developed a marketing plan to include a new website and logo
    • Maintained monthly records in QuickBooks
    • Prepared quarterly and yearly financial statements, including budget

    The mission of the Association is to strengthen the federal legal system and administration of justice by serving the interests and the needs of the federal practitioner, both public and private, the federal judiciary and the public they serve.

    • Planned 8 to 10 meetingsĀ per year ranging from 50-1,000 attendees for a 16, 000 member organization
    • Responsible for all aspects of planning and executing meetings including all on site materials, staff schedules, room sets, food and beverage, audio visual requirements and program evaluations
    • Managed budgets, established dates, selected and reserved event sites, negotiated contracts, managed registration, exhibitors and speakers, and coordinated transportation and parking
    • Coordinated with marketing to handle the promotion of events, promotional brochures, and distribution of materials, ads and a website calendar
