Responsible for ensuring that the company complies with its outside regulatory requirements (Department of Transportation), and internal policies. Responsible for maintaining the website and creating training material for drivers.

• Responsible for content maintenance for website.

• Update content, create new pages or edit existing pages, add or change images & banners.

• Responsible for overseeing and managing Department of Transportation (DOT)  compliance issues within the organization.

• Create training material for personnel in order to train employees on requirements related to DOT compliance.

Recruiter/ Resource Manager  

Performed recruiting duties and was responsible for all administrative and production requirements. Made contacts and conducted interviews to qualify and process applications for candidates to enlist into the Air Force Reserve.

Managed the Air Force Reserve resources and deployed them as needed, also tracked and controlled resources.

• Initiated the opening and closing of recruiting facilities, worked though each process until the finalization of the project.

• Provided direct personnel support, including records maintenance and management of recruiting facilities.

• Prepared and processed contracts for communication agreements for recruiting facilities.

• Provide benefit counseling and communicated the opportunities afforded a military career.

• Assisted and participated in special events such as state and municipal ceremonies, exhibits, fairs, parades and sporting events.
