Strategic Account Manager overseeing & managing the accounts of different Government Sectors in order to ensure the yearly revenue growth as well maintain good business relationship with the high priority clients. Prior to the role of a Strategic Account Manager, my primary responsibility was that of a Key Account Manager dealing with Large & new business development segment , Strategic & Priority Key Accounts segment & lastly Prime Accounts Segment .
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the strategic accounts of Law & Enforcement agencies of Bangladesh as a Strategic Account Manager & grow new business opportunity from these accounts.
- Planning and implementing activities in alignment with business growth strategies.
- Developed growth & retention strategies for the portfolio.
- Positioning Grameenphone as the trusted advisor for Mobility , IOT , ICT & SAS.
- Achievement of assigned portfolio's specific revenue targets.
- Establish superior relation with the Top Tier (both customer and GP) via upstream engagement.
- Campaign and Customer Engagement Activities for the assigned set of accounts.
Achievements
During my current Grameenphone tenure I have been awarded for more than 15 consecutive performance-based accomplishments by bringing new clients onboard. I have additionally secured the position of being Top Achiever quarter wise for providing highest revenue & winning the championship annually amongst 200 Key Account Managers.
- Ensured 10 % Revenue growth from the overall portfolio in the 2021.
- Business Division top performer in Q1 & Q2 in the Government & Strategic segment (2021 & 2022 till date)
- Business Excellence Award (Extra-Ordinary Performer for consecutive four quarters 2020 from the prime segment)
- Business Excellence Award (Extraordinary Performer for Q2 2019, Q3 & Q4 2018 & Q1,2018) from the Large & Medium Business Segment .
