Act as the key point of contact for all other Quality sub-organizations, managed sustaining product quality/reliability and solve customer complaints.
- Responsible & Accountable for Quality/Reliability related reviews (eg. ORT, OQA, MST). Maintained with less than 2 SSO target for more than 3 quarters.
- Conduct risk assessment resulting from factory and customer integration and field excursions. Led functional teams to identify and resolve the quality incidences.
- Review and provide Approval/Disapproval to any deviation to the product specification from Quality & Reliability perspective.
- Utilized core tools like 8D (Eight Discipline), Cause-and-Effects Diagram to define problem statement, corrective action and preventive action.

Responsible and tracked for all lessons learned ensure it propagated for future programs. Ensure the quality issue recorded under the proper tracking system, and follow up till closure with CA/PA.
