Assistant Director and Engagement Specialist

Jewish Community Center of Denver - Ranch Camp

Used exemplary communication skills to build trusting and lasting relationships through personal interaction, social media and marketing to families, parents, donors, staff and alumni.  Creatively developed and successfully executed key events focused on fundraising, engagement and recruiting. Led a young, diverse summer staff of 90 plus seasonal employees each season and supported staff, campers and families in moments of crisis.  Effectively problem solved and created more successful strategies around scheduling, programming and logistics. Developed and implemented an engaging recruiting presentation to excite and thrill campers about summer experiences.


Stumpy's Stampede 5K/10K Trail Run - Race Director

Developed an idea around offering a 5K/10K Trail Run in the Black Forest of Elbert Colorado.  Gathered a committee of engaged, excited people with a variety of backgrounds and resources and build this event from logo design to execution.  Engaged sponsors on many levels to ensure that all race costs were covered enabling this event to be a successful fundraising event.  Created a race day experience that elicited excitement, engagement and positive feedback participants.


Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher

Guided and facilitated creative exploration in Reggio-Emilia classrooms of children aged infant - 5 years.  Facilitated the inquisitive approach to learning , inspiring the children in my classroom to know that everything around us is worthy of exploration. Fostered strong classroom communities that resulted in lasting relationships between families and teachers. Specialized from 2010-2012 as a lead teacher for the two year old classroom program.Enrichment teacher for Spanish, Art, Music, Drama and Science. 


6K Ranch - Management/Training

6K Ranch and Tack

Responsible for the management of a stable of high quality reining horses. Managing training progress, daily care, veterinary care, transportation and general facility management. Responsible for starting 2 year-old colts, exercising performance stage horses, and managing care of broodmares and foals. Assisted in running the on-site tack store by monitoring inventory, receiving and shipping orders and managing the store off sight at equestrian events.



Bachelors Degree in Equine Science

Colorado State University

High marks and honors in this four year degree program which focused heavily on advanced science curriculum.  Created a graduation thesis developing a website resource for students seeking to work with exotic animal species.
