Gina has over 29 years of experience in the cable, telecommunications, and media industries in various capacities including extensive product, program and project management. She is a Consultant at Sand Cherry Associates, one of the leading consulting firms supporting top cable, telecommunications, and media companies in the US, Canada, and Europe.
Prior to joining Sand Cherry, Gina was Director of Advanced Services at Charter Communication and Sr. Manager of Programming, Operations and Implementation at Time Warner Cable where she was responsible for launching and managing products and programming distribution for over 18M customers. She has held roles in product management, program management, operations management, programming, and engineering deployment.

- New Product Launch: Managed deployment and ongoing operations of the initial high- speed Internet offering including product and pricing strategy, bottoms-up budget creation, engineering management, procurement, billing, and integration into existing operations.
