• Abu Dhabi Police Program Management for all of there project: (about 100 Projects in diff. stages). Role is preparing the proposal, assigning the staff, preparing the Project Management Plan(PMP), and PMO support for the running activities.

  Responsibilities: Design management including design & contract documents review, preparation of interior packages tenders' documents and coordinating with other disciplines including the landscaping & infrastructure works.
  Construction management/site supervision including preparation for the different phases (11 phases) of the construction, reviewing the architectural shop drawings & material submittals and monitor the contractors' performance according to the approved procedure of work achieving the target schedule of work.
• Ghantoot Polo & Racing Club (AUH) Master Plan (Cost Estimate US$ 70 Millions)
  Project Description: Master Plan for the Ghantoot Polo & Racing Club including all the facilities, horse stables, recreational and all services for future.

  Project Description: The project compromises of 12 buildings including horse stables,
  health club, swimming pools, quarantine compound and veterinary clinic.
