As one of the most senior engineers the position includes delegation of tasks to level 1&2 engineers as well as training & mentoring at Primus Telecommunication Private Ltd., UK. Monitoring day-to-day administration of the European Billing system. Includes interpreting log files and doing diagnostic testing when required. Ensure that all access and utilization of all systems is appropriate, effective and complies to IT security policies and procedures.
