Cross-Divisional Strategic Leadership

Partner with the Board of Trustees through active service on the Finance and Advancement Committees, contributing to budgeting, tuition modeling, long-term financial planning, and alignment of resources with strategic priorities.

Serve as Co-Chair of the Board’s Innovation Task Force for Facilities Optimization; member of the Programming Innovation Task Force; and Steering Committee member for a $29M comprehensive capital campaign, advancing institutional innovation, facilities strategy, and philanthropic growth.

  • Oversaw a $13M Lower School renovation project, leading faculty engagement in space planning, flexible furniture design, and adaptive learning environments.
  • Spearheaded the implementation of a PK–8 schoolwide assessment system (Renaissance STAR) to inform instructional decisions and increase learning transparency.
  • Launched a PK–8 teacher feedback system to support professional growth and instructional consistency.
