- Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, timeliness and compliance of unionized weekly and interim Canadian payrolls (J.D. Edwards) for approximately 1,000 employees in all provincial jurisdictions in Canada.
- Calculate retroactive payments, retroactive adjustments, prepare documentation and final pays for terminated employees, including ROE’s and responding to Service Canada inquiries.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, management and/or government agencies on all payroll–related matters.
- Create and manage employee files and ensure that file information is completed and up-to-date.
