Summary

Both my academic studies in the Master of International Business Administration (MIBA), and my professional experiences as Area Manager/Business Manager in multinational Companies, have enabled me to polish my knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Channels and Business Developments.

I hold many years of work experience in marketing, sales and IT engineering, through which I acquired solid knowledge about Telecom, Software, Contact Centers & IT industry. I have also been nominated at top management positions in large multinational companies where I had to manage and lead teams from different countries and background. In addition, I have participated in various training courses, projects and workshops, around the world including Europe & USA.

  • Managing Teleopti operation “Sales, Channels, Marketing and business Developments” in Middle East, Asia, Africa and North Africa.
  • Insuring clients satisfaction upon solution delivery and supervising customer services
  • Managing a team of consultants , Engineer and Marketing coordinators based in Dubai,  as well as shared resources from different other Teleopti offices.

During my experience as Regional manager, Teleopti has register a clear exponential increase in the number of sales in all the MENA region. It has become during this period the market leader in the WFM domain with the biggest number of customers and sold licenses.

Teleopti is a Swedish Company develops solutions for two areas of business:

  • Workforce Management Solutions for contact Centres, Retails & Back Offices Staff
  • Telecom Expense Management Solution for large organizations

Our customers in different verticals: Telecom Operators, Banks, Outsources, Government, Large enterprises.

I succeeded to grow and maintain Avaya leadership in the territory I managed.  I was, also part of the team who supported after the major deal of Avaya acquisition of Nortel. I have succeeded to make this transition acquisition go successful in my managing area.

I opened the company’s sales operation office for the MENA region in Dubai. After which I managed the same office and worked developing its customer base very fast which positioned Teleopti as one of the Workforce Management vendors in MENA within 2 years from start.
