Reporting directly to the Senior Director, my main role is to provide administrative support to multiple heads and assist the whole unit in carrying out all clerical and secretarial tasks and perform various office procedures on a daily basis.  

Among other responsibilities,  I prepare necessary documents that require Senior Director's approval.   I manage the unit's calendar and ensure that agenda, presentation materials, venues and other facilities are arranged prior to the meetings. I also assist in the preparation of periodic reports. I ensure that all design submissions are properly distributed and project owners informed for their necessary actions.  

I coordinate closely with other units in following-up technical review and approval of submittals and other pertinent documents.  I type letters and process them using our internal document management system. I observe and maintain proper documentation and archiving (i. e. electronic and physical) procedures.  I am involved in various airport projects in Dubai.  

My best contribution was when I authored the company's standard and official administration and projects forms.  I was also nominated as one of the “Unsung Heroes” to the annual Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) Awards in April 2015.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the main objective is to provide administrative and office support to the site and main offices on a daily basis.  Periodically, I was also assigned at the front office attending to walk-in clients and guests, screening phone calls, assist the whole organization in the clerical/secretarial duties and administering document control procedures. 

Managing diaries, arranging itineraries and hotel bookings.  Ensure adequate supplies of stationeries and kitchen items.  Observe and maintain proper documentation using Expedition as well as physical/electronic archiving procedures. 

I was also assigned on site projects and was involved in various projects projects in Dubai like the Express by Holiday Inn at Knowledge Village; i-Rise Tower project at TECOM Site C and Emirates Financial Tower at DIFC.  I was also involved with Sharjah Airport Centro Hotel project.  

Being awarded a Special Certificate for the “Most Cooperative Employee” in 2007 was my greatest achievement.           

Loans Administrator

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager.  My main responsibility was to handle the loans department of the branch and was also in-charge in the marketing of various loan products and services to various institutions.  Conducted orientation, client visits and arranging meetings with institutional heads and other authorities to promote the bank.  I have also assisted the Branch Manager during the negotiation process on accrediting various  institutions (private and public).  

I have led a team of loans administrators and distribute the tasks in attending to queries from existing clients and non-clients; attended to customers’ needs and provided services based on their requirements; processed and released loans upon completion of required documents; maintained proper logging, filing and safekeeping of loan documents; prepared reminder, collection and demand letters to delinquent borrowers and prepared periodic reports. 

Periodically, I have also done the tellering job where the main responsibility was to receive cash and check deposits as well as paying-out cash, balancing end-of-day transactions and prepare monthly report.

My greatest achievement was when I was able to reduce the past due ratio against the total loan portfolio of the Gen. Santos City Branch from over 50% down to 6% within 7 months.
