Ilkin Javadov

Reporting to the Founder & Director, have overall strategic and operational responsibility for ArtFaktor's staff, programs, expansion and execution of its mission. Initially developed deep knowledge of field, core programs, operations, and business plans.

Searching, negotiating and signing new corporate accounts for the hotel. Applying several marketing tools and strategies, mainly SMM.

Developing business relationships, implementing customer analysis, finding market niche for the specific trainings, researching industry for new trends, building advertising plans and supporting sales process.

Planning and capturing accommodation, accreditation, transport, workforce, catering and uniform requirements for more than 1500 staff members by following deadline, budget and scope, acquiring resources and coordinating team members in order to deliver projects and tasks on time.

Answering incoming calls, providing relevant information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary, handling any kind of emergency calls and performing receptionist functions as needed.

Represented class across Department as Student Voice Leader. Participated in World Travel Market (London, 2013). Author of several research papers as “The impacts of social media on revenue management in hospitality industry”, “London 2012 Olympic Games Case Study”, “The 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil: Destination Image and Intention to Travel” and others. Graduated with Merit Award.

Participated in “Students, aspirants and young scientists conference named after Lomonosov” at Moscow State University (Moscow, 2012).
