Successful turnaround of Haribo business in Finland, including in changes in the organization, processes and product assortment. Leading a local team of 8 professionals. Member of Haribo Nordic management team. Increase turnover with 31% from 6 mio to 8 mio €. Achieved by increase in brand awareness, listing improvement, NPD launches and active customer cooperation.
