Horizontally lead the automation program across categories for Fabric & Home Care Latin America Business.

Responsible for the operation of two automatic bagging lines serving the  LA Dry Laundry business from primary to secondary packaging. Direct report from 64+ unionized employees. 

• 15% OEE improvement throughout FY, tackling mainly packing speed losses.
• 10% planned downtime loss reduction after daily maintenance planned stop (pit stop) restructuring.
• 100% people (overtime)/maintenance (planned & unplanned) cashflow delivery vs target throughout FY.
• Operational drumbeat (shift/daily meeting) revamped with digital tools to improve flow & operational teams' collaboration.

Responsible for the operation of a High Speed automatic bottling line for LA Heavy Duty Liquids Packing Operation, from primary to tertiary packaging. Direct report from 16+ unionized employees. 

• 20% OEE improvement throughout FY.
• Vertical start up with on-time delivery of new product line up (new SKU family), from construction & validation to ongoing production.
• 25% PDT reduction, thru CO optimization
• 10% line general expense reduction.
• 80% GMPs related defects elimination.

Responsible for the process technology, standard development & deployment for Dry Laundry LA Packing Operation, in Vallejo Plant Mexico. Working with 37 VFFS systems for dry laundry flexible packing.

• 0.5% internal losses unplanned OEE elimination.
• $480M USD in hard savings for FY 1920 through waste reduction projects.
• 30% capacity increase across all SKUs with existing equipment without capital or expense investment .
• Accountable to global manufacturing platform for projects and standardization programs. Regular communication with manufacturing & technical teams from Middle East & Europe.

Responsible for $1MM USD capital projects & equipment startups at Vallejo plant. From design, construct to start up and validation till turnover with operational teams.

• 1 month early SU for equipment critical for biggest commercial initiative launch.
• 95% cashflow efficiency with 200M$USD delivered in both cost avoidance and direct savings during construction, equipment commissioning and start up.

Project design and planning with 2 weeks full immersion visit to a community in Estado de México (Los Arana) to perform social impactful activities. During this period, I lead the establishment a home solar dehydration workshop with local families, to help them benefit from their local produce (pears & hawthorns). 

Holiday winter visit to a community in Estado de México (Los Arana) to participate in Christmas related activities. Organized and participated in manual craftwork workshops and holiday carol mounting at local elementary school as part of holidays' celebrations.

Working with a partner, in this case an elementary school part of YMCA network, I lead and participated in a project to improve science communication among children. The goal was to elicit children's curiosity into learning science in a fun and interesting way. Project involved field research and final interventions with teachers & school coordinators.
