URSUS Breweries 

The Annual Sales Conference

Organising, implementing and managing the biggest offline event, that took place in Sibiu. The event had more than 300 participants, that came in Sibiu from across all the country.
In a 2 day span, we organised activities for all the employees. We had sports events in 4 different places. There were also recreation and relaxation events. We organised a movie program in the local theatre and a play with Romanian actors.
We planned the entire program, hour by hour, including the transportation and all the meals the guests served
 
The main event took place at Centrul Cultural Ion Besoiu, with more than 300 participants and lasted more than 3 hours

The party took place at Redal. The event was organised as a private indoor festival with 2 stages and 3 different artists (Suie Paparude, Vita de Vie & Loredana). 

Servier Pharma 

Grand Sympo LipoComb

Relaunching and presenting the LipoComb product. An event held simultaneously in 13 locations in Romania, by live broadcast. The biggest live broadcast corporate event in Romania. 
 
Facts: 
  • Total participants: approx. 900 medical staff
  • 13 locations
  • Technical team in every location 
  • Main event for presenting the product with live general Q&A from every location)
  • After party in every location 
  • Pre-event: creating, directing and filming the movie presentation in more than 5 different cities in Romania.
Tasks:
  • managing and organising the entire team (the 12 managers that were present in each of the event cities)
  • implementing and managing the technical live broadcasting with the professional technical team
  • operating the HR team in every location (hostesses and handy men)
  • handling the plan and all discussions
  • presentations with the client (both with Servier Pharma and the presenting medical staff in every location)

The National Cardiology Congress

Promoting, managing and placing the Servier Pharma modular stand in different conferences in Romania. The stand occupied an area of 11 sqm and emphasised the 4 chambers of the heart. Each room was showing a different digital activation.

MedLife

Development and placement of the modular stand presentation during specific medical events and conferences in Romania.

H&M Romania

Organising the launch event for the new SS2020 Studio Collection

Tasks: 

  • guiding the creative path of the event concepts proposals 
  • handling, training and supervising both the project and the technical team

Forever Living

Success Day 2020 - online event

Organising Success Day Online Forever Romania. An online event that broadcasted live in the clients' private Facebook group.
Tasks: 
  • organising the event guideline. We structured the project as a gala where client representatives awarded the best partners from the past year
  • coordinating the creative and the technical team 

Internal projects 

The pandemic has fundamentally changed the way we planned and and executed events. Last-minute changes and unexpected developments had become business as usual. And digital audiences were suddenly at the forefront of everyone’s mind.
 
Within a few days we developed in-house new ways of maintaining our clients' activities in this new restrictive context
 
Projects that I have conducted as proposals:
  • Work from home - internal activation. The full package of the new WFH employee
  • From grounds - digital platforms for agricultural and furniture trade fairs. I handled especially product discovery: project specs, site map and creative concept.

Microsoft CEE 

I was the Project Lead responsible for organising tech conferences for Microsoft. We held conferences in countries from Central and East Europe: Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Hungary, Romania.
 
Tasks:
  • managing and coordinating the Momentum teams from CEE
  • organizing  and implementing the event flow for each local conference
  • I was the single point of contact between Momentum Romania and Microsoft

Heineken Romania

In charge of the production segment for the UEFA Champions League event at Romexpo in 2018.

Leading, coordinating and implementing the Heineken 0.0 Campaign - Morning Sessions, 2018. Building and decorating a custom container from scratch. We hosted creative events for 1 week, on the outsides of office buildings, in Bucharest.

Leading the implementation team for Bar of the World Campaign 2017. Dressing and re-creating an entire building in Bucharest. Each floor of the building was designed to replicate environment from all parts of the world.

Involved in the production team for filming and editing an international TV commercial.
