  • Architected OBI’s AI systems from the ground up, defining the AI strategy, building multi-model infrastructure, and shipping production features that reduce user workload and increase automation. Designed orchestration layer routing tasks across OpenAI GPT-4/5, Anthropic Claude, Groq’s framework, and Apple’s on‑device Foundation Models optimizing for latency, accuracy, and cost. Built in NUXT 4, Supabase, Swift 6, Edge Functions.

  • Built OBI’s context-aware intelligence framework that merges property data, user preferences, weather, and maintenance history, enabling “Ask OBI” to deliver personalized, actionable guidance. Examples include anticipating routines for properties, savings for home, recommendations before storms or tailoring tasks to installed smart property systems.  Implemented governance across model evaluation, fallback logic, routing strategy, and real-time streaming, improving perceived user performance by ~60%.

  • Currently expanding into multi-property portfolio optimization and Home Assistant integrations to unify smart-home context with real-world property operations. My work significantly improved automation and user experience, making property management more efficient and data-driven.

  • Venture Boost Camp is a yearly pro bono, intense, hackathon-style event where high-potential, fast-growing tech start-ups work together with teams of powerhouse Kearney consultants, to define and tackle their most critical operational and strategic growth bottlenecks. 10+ Camps conducted across the US and Europe since 2016. 40+ Companies Seed through Series C start-ups participated. 10+ VC funds represented (M12, Mustarseed, NewLabs, etc).
  • 100+ consultants participated across offices and geographies. Achieved 85% participant satisfaction rate by facilitating collaboration between high-potential startups and top-tier consultants across offices and geographies. High demand from Kearny employees and Founders to participate in the camps.
