Coordinated engineering of air pollution control retrofit projects. Included implementing the design and engineering on projects valued at $1M to over $5M.
Provided commissioning, start-up, and warranty support for simple and combined cycle gas turbines. Within 6 months appointed night shift lead commissioning engineer and led unit start-up.
Acted in several positions in training for plant manager position including shift supervisor and training manager. Developed and implemented new plant-wide training program.
Cutter Maintenance Division Chief, Naval Engineering Support Unit Seattle (1999 – 2000)
Directed mechanical, electrical, weapons, welding and fabrication, and electronics maintenance support for 28 Coast Guard Cutters. Led 80 personnel with $1.1M budget that included execution of 33K hours of maintenance in FY99, a 50% increase from FY98.

Planned and coordinated multi-million-dollar maintenance support for 25 Coast Guard Cutters.
