  • •Scaled PulsePoint’s AdExchange from 150MM to 6BB daily impressions while RTB business grew from a 600k to 80MM annual run-rate with over 40 connected partner platforms
  • Re-tooled data and analytics platform reducing time to create new/ad-hoc reporting from days to minutes
  • Created and grew Data Science group to drive innovation and create systems for revenue/yield optimization, audience measurement, and fraud prevention/Non-Human Traffic (NHT) detection

  • Created guidelines, processes, and self-service tooling for interconnecting large numbers of media trading platforms, expanding from 5 to 40+ integrated partners
  • Created new data processing architecture, shifting from developing custom-data processing frameworks to leveraging mainstream Hadoop ecosystem alternatives (Pig, Hive, Sqoop)
  • Led introduction of automated testing and code-review practices that increased test coverage from 15% to 92%, and decreased cycle time from months to days
