2026 - Current .  Francia Najor / Omar Ablouj v. Alexco USA, Inc. -  Los Angeles, CA

  • Ron Simons Law vs. B3 Law.   I have been retained by B3 Law.  Aladdin Mediterranean restaurant in San Diego.   Food borne illness case.  78 people claim to have become ill from dining at this restaurant from Salmonella.  Confirmed case by County Epidemiology.  Case active as of Aug 2026.

  • Stone & Dean LLP.  I have been retained by Stone and Dean to represent the defendant, Albertsons.  Single individual that stated she became infected with Salmonella, and consequential long hospital stay and continuing health issues from a pot pie made at the deli at the Albertsons located in Laguna Hills, CA.   Strick liability and negligence claim.  Case in mediation as of now.

  • Spencer Fane LLP.  I have been retained as a food safety expert in a case of an allergic reaction by the plaintiff to cashews in the non bread served at this Indian restaurant.  The plaintiff had and extended stay in the ER and is suing for damages.  Plaintiff states that he told the restaurant of his allergy to cashews, but and they agreed to accommodate, yet they still served him bread that was contaminated with cashews.  Case is on going now and in mediation.

  • Height, Brown and Bonesteel LLP.  I was retained to represent the defendants, Hilton Hotels.
  • Case of a family that became ill at the hotel's cafe while on vacation.  I was a food safety expert witness on the case.  I was deposed for this case.   
  • Case settled in arbitration prior to trial with the plaintiff accepting much less than desired.

  • I was deposed to testify regarding my inspection reports.  Case settled before trial.

  • Hotel suing former manager for lack of compliance with health code related to pool.
  • I testified in court regarding my reports. 
  • The case was settled out of court mid trial, with the defendant admitting wrong doing.
