Traveled to five different sites in Richmond to meet in small groups with students to provide direct instruction on phonics skills, reading and comprehension activities.

Coaching teachers to enhance their teaching and to help them grow professionally. Creating schedules to meet with teachers, assisting and leading professional development for teachers, created a school data wall,  creating RTI (Response to Intervention)  document in EXCEL and setting up meetings with our RTI team to meet with teachers.  Leading school committees, assisting with walk-throughs, created a school data folder.Presented professional development based on data and teacher/school needs .
