Kerry - The Taste & Nutrition Co.

Managed the top Meals end-use-market accounts from March 2019 - July 2021. Implemented multi-year supplier agreements to protect business and position with customers. Developed project pipeline of $2M for my key Meals account which had not been engaged with Kerry for innovation/new business for several years. 

In July 2021,  I took over management of our #1 snack account, managing annual revenue of $46M and a pipeline of $10M revenue in Taste projects. Developing a pipeline targeting non-snack opportunities that are valued at an additional $7M revenue.

Also continuing to prospect new snack and meals accounts. Scoping customers and opportunities before passing off to my corporate account colleagues for execution.

Manage the Innovation Process & Funnel for all Food end-use-markets (Bakery, Dairy, Meals, and Snacks) from ideation to launch. Lead a cross-functional team of food scientists, chefs, marketing, finance, supply chain and sales to move projects through the Innovation funnel. Review projects with Chief Technology Officer and technology leads quarterly. Develop sales playbooks with marketing & consumer insights for commercial launch. 

Support Food EUM strategy development & execution. Own and manage the account planning process for top 12 Meals EUM accounts. Marketing lead for select Strategic Growth Initiatives. in 2018 and 2019.

Led the marketing communications strategy and plan for the Meals end-use-market. I was responsible for all aspects of marketing for my EUM including sales collateral development, website content, tradeshow organization, account planning, and customer engagements. I partnered with account managers to proactively take our customers consumer insight driven concepts showcasing our core technologies. 

In addition, I led the organization and relaunch of our Dry Dairy & Cheese powders portfolio with updated messaging, sales collateral, and product demos.

Marketing Communications & Customer Engagement Manager - Bakery & Dairy

Responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of the marketing communication strategy for Global and Strategic Accounts, managing tactical plans that showcase Kerry’s unique value proposition specific to the concerns of those accounts. 

 I developed and managed several external communication plans for both Kerry's clean label positioning and Kerry's dairy heritage. The campaigns positioned Kerry as an industry partner to deliver clean label solutions without compromise. Partnering with the technology leads and bakers, we identified the best solutions for our customer segments and promoted them through tradeshows, digital advertising, print media,, and through our customer engagements. Through our digital campaign, the Bakery page on became the most visited page for all of Kerry North America for 2016.

During this time I was responsible for the organization and execution of several major tradeshows - IDDBA, IBIE, and IFT.

Responsible for all aspects of marketing in the North American region. Developed the annual marketing plan and communication initiatives. Organized all tradeshows and customer engagements. Led re-branding for the North America region which included new logo design and website re-design. 

Worked with global counterparts and North American executive team to develop and implement our strategic plan. Created and enforced strategic initiatives for each market segment.

Opened and oversaw the first culinary center in the North America for Biospringer. Guided  the applications team to develop innovative and insight driven applications that met the needs of our customers and the market.

Developed Biospringer's first communication strategy to better inform customers and end-consumers about yeast extract and yeast derived ingredients.
