Recruited a new President to a leading Midwest manufacturing company:
The company’s growth had flat lined after a down turn within the market segment. We met with the board of directors to evaluate the current executive team and through assessment discovery determined the current President was not the “right fit” for the president role. The company provided a comprehensive career transition for this departing executive. We identified passive candidates from a pool of over 140 resources within the industry and geographic area and presented the top three to our client for final selection. Once candidate was selected, we provided 90 days of onboarding to insure their success.
Recent retained search assignments include:
SVP of HR for Midwest bank acquisition, Plant Manager, Process Engineer, VP of Sales & Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, Chain Supply Director for leading Midwest manufacturing company, and an Associate Attorney for a growing mid-size civil litigation law firm.
Coached a Regional Vice President of a Fortune 500 Big Box Retailer:
This leader was identified as a high potential. Transitioning from corporate to a regional location in Kansas City he was challenged with improving customer service. Through a series of interviews and 360° assessments of his new team he was able to “fast track’ into his new role and achieve results by improving employee retention and customer service throughout his region. He was promoted to Regional Vice President and assigned responsibility over 75 stores in a 6 state region.
Coached a Senior Sales associate of a leading insurance provider:
This leader was having attendance and performance issues at work. Identified as a high revenue generator the company wanted to retain her. Through a series of interviews to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, a plan was developed to further professional growth. Personal issues at home were causing her to lose focus on her goals at work. By uncovering the real issues a plan was designed to balance her work and home duties. She resumed her role as one of the leader sales associates and received a Top Honors Award in 2008.
Managed and delivered an 380 employee outplacement project:
Served as project manager for the transition of 380 employees of a national insurance provider. Through an acquisition the local call center and the leadership team would be eliminated. Provided on-site support with one-on-one career transition coaching and delivered interactive workshops in small groups. Provided an elite transition strategy for the CEO, SVP of HR, and two other senior executives.
