Responsible for all legal matters for multi-billion dollar industrial contractor to US Gulf Coast petrochemical industry, including oil refineries, chemical plants, water treatment facilities, and energy production facilities. Turner Industries specializes in maintenance, construction, industrial pipe fabrication, turnarounds, heavy equipment rigging, hazardous waste abatement, and other industrial services. Fenner supervises Turner's outside counsel activities of multiple AV-rated law firms, and has consistently managed Turner's legal costs at well below peer group averages and medians.  Oversees contract negotiations, employee relations matters, and regulatory matters with governmental agencies.

Advise and counsel senior management on all facets of company (and subsidiaries) operations, including labor and employment matters, intellectual properties, real estate, complex contract negotiations; manage and supervise compliance initiatives, including enforcement of company polices as well as compliance with state and federal government agencies.

Draft purchase agreements, asset sale agreements, licensing agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, corporate governance documentation.

Manage business ethics policies, standards and company code of conduct.
