Oversaw all aspects of field sales, inside sales, sales training, meetings and conventions. Led a team of 5 Sales Directors, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), recruiting and training staff, and managing team performance to achieve sales objectives on Valeant aesthetic products.
