Successful Instruction is dependent upon the classroom teacher; what is taught and how it is taught.  Learning is dependent on the quality/depth of the content and delivery method used to impart the content.  The world is becoming increasingly smaller and two very evident needs are prevailing in the world of education:  language and digital citizenship.  We must strive to integrate multi-lingualism and educational technology into all methods of instructional delivery.  The role of the teacher as a facilitator of learning is not only beneficial for today's student, but necessary.  Human-centered instructional design allows us to ensure students are asking and answering their own thought provoking and authentic questions.
