• During the Covid-19 pandemic, I oversaw the creation and launch of a platform for early-stage clinical trials that meets GCP compliance standards.
• As part of the senior LT, helped secure a £5 million Series A investment
• £250 million acquisition of LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell - my team built the product
• Orchestrated rapid scaling of product and engineering capabilities with cost-effective strategies aligned to specific business context and needs

• Collaborated closely with executive leadership—including CEO, CFO, and Chief Behavioural Science Officer—to define company strategy while aligning technological goals with business objectives.
• Led the development and execution of KultraLab’s mission to leverage behavioural science and technology, transforming manager behaviour at scale to enhance productivity, engagement, and retention.
• Directed cross-functional teams in product management, design, engineering, and content creation, utilising technologies such as AWS, GO, Python, OpenAI, DigitalOcean, and React Native to deliver innovative solutions.
• Successfully launched the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in October 2022 and followed with the v1.0 release in February 2023 through a data-driven and iterative approach aligned with client feedback and a defined product vision.
• Transitioned from contractors to building a core permanent technical team, improving organisational stability, expertise, and operational efficiency.

• Led the development of a digital healthcare platform compliant with ISO 27001/ 9001 standards, enabling Telehealth GP consultations through web and mobile applications.
• Managed the expansion of primary and secondary healthcare services, integrating external partners such as NHS into a seamless platform experience.
• Oversaw a multidisciplinary team comprising onshore and nearshore specialists in backend (.NET & Dynamics 365), frontend (React), mobile (Kotlin & Swift), and QA engineering, distributed across ten agile squads to deliver product iterations.
• Supporting over 50,000 monthly GP consultations within a high-availability, 24/7 environment through robust cloud infrastructure (Azure) and DevOps practices.

• Led the evolution of a comprehensive Global Employee Engagement Platform (EEP) integrating wellness initiatives, fitness challenges, multimedia wellness content, and features for rewards, recognition, and savings.
• Directed all stages of the product lifecycle, including design, roadmap definition, software engineering management, infrastructure planning, and support in an agile environment with rapid delivery goals.
• Oversaw cross-functional team operations to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and achieved consistent delivery of valuable product increments through a reliable release model.
• Chaired the global product steering committee, influencing the platform's strategic direction while contributing to broader business vision and goal-setting.
• Played a pivotal role in enhancing the platform's market position, culminating in its acquisition by Morneau Shepell for £250M in July 2018 as a significant milestone of its success.

• Directed technical operations and quality assurance for a European team of 100-150 engineers and architects distributed across London, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Portland.
• Led the design, development, and delivery of multi-platform digital products for high-profile clients including Formula 1, BBC, Nike, Dyson, BP, Rolls Royce, and Barclays.
