I'm a leader in product and technology, dedicated to ensuring company vision and goals are in line with strategy, execution and results. I'm not precious about how a role is defined and these are some of the things I focus on:

Leading Strategy in Product and Technology

  • Lead the creation, planning, and execution of product and technology strategies
  • Work closely with various teams within the company to ensure alignment
  • Oversee all aspects of product design, software development, data and security
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align business context with vision
  • Enable teams and use of technology to bring the product vision to life

Product Management and Engineering Excellence

  • Set the direction for all product and technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure architecture, infrastructure, and product development meet business needs now and for considered scale.
  • Create, manage and evolve product roadmap(s) and backlogs, ensuring alignment with market research and user/client/data feedback (but also knowing when to place bets)
  • Foster cross-functional teamwork and agile ways of working relevant to the business
  • Utilise product and engineering best practices to deliver quality and drive success
  • Follow the rules and quality standards - ISO and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Key Achievements

  • I led the creation and launch of the KultraLab AI coaching platform
  • Won a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with the University of Manchester
  • During the Covid-19 pandemic, I oversaw the creation and launch of a platform for early-stage clinical trials that meets GCP compliance standards.
  • As part of the senior LT, helped secure a £5 million Series A investment
  • £250 million acquisition of LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell - my team built the product
  • Orchestrated rapid scaling of product and engineering capabilities with cost-effective strategies aligned to specific business context and needs

  • Led the development and execution of KultraLab’s mission to leverage behavioural science and technology, transforming manager behaviour at scale to enhance productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Directed cross-functional teams in product management, design, engineering, and content creation, utilising technologies such as AWS, GO, Python, OpenAI, DigitalOcean, and React Native to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Successfully launched the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in October 2022 and followed with the v1.0 release in February 2023 through a data-driven and iterative approach aligned with client feedback and a defined product vision.

  • Established strategic partnerships including a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with the University of Manchester’s Department of Computer Science to strengthen AI capabilities by collaborating with a leading Professor of Machine Learning.
  • Acted as executive sponsor for ESG strategy as part of BCorp certification efforts; integrated sustainability practices into operations to ensure ethical impact across all activities.
