    • Conduct analysis across all aspects of Verizon wireless .com including traffic, conversion, sales and engagement measures in order to identify areas of opportunity and drive change.
    • Identified Incorrect product pricing which caused a drop in sales. Effective correction resulted in an estimated annual revenue value of $210k.
    • Engaged homepage team to switch a low performing campaign for a more attractive national offer that was not being promoted and effectively increased daily sales by about 100 additional activations.
    • Recognized by the department VP by receiving the Vice President's Award of Excellence for performance in 2012.

    • Worked with compliance to decrease discretionary discounting by 40%, this resulted in an estimated annual cost savings of $12M in the Northeast Market.
