Maintaining the position of Solutions Architect I was asked to also manage the I.T./Sys. team. In this period we achieved:

  • 95% reduction of "out-of-hours support calls";
  • organised the server infrastructure which allowed/lead to:
    • Reduced costs;
    • Increased number of environments - created the "QA environment layer";
    • Forecast the infrastructure cost per client per month and overall for the company;
  • Introduced a server access security policy;

As a Solutions Architect I have also defined/designed integrations with Payment Gateways and Services in Denmark, API´s for integration with 3rd parties for utilities consumption data, tenant/guarantor referencing, maintenance orders management, etc.

I joined this project in November 2013 with the aim of producing the documentation standards. By January 2014 I was responsible for the architecture and design of new solutions, technical support, consultancy services, technical project management and team lead (team varying from 2 to 5 developers and 2 testers).

Software Developer

Lead developer of Probooker, a booking management system directed at the student accommodation, transit hotel and film studio industries. I was responsible for the design, prototyping, testing and delivery of complex technical solutions.

Managed the full life cycle of a project to develop a kiosk application for transit hotels, from conception through to delivery, with a team of 2 developers.


  • Design and development of new features. Testing and debugging of existing system functionality;
  • Analysing data and conducting compatibility and quality assurance testing;
  • Implemented Version control with Visual Source Safe;
  • Consultancy: working in close proximity with our clients, at all levels (from MD to end-user), I helped the client in understanding their business needs and priorities in order to achieve the best outcomes for their business.
