    • Coordinated REACH observations. by conducting ongoing formal and informal observations. I provided actionable feedback and enhanced teacher practice.

    • Facilitated data driven instructional cycles to analyze student data, identify trends, develop corrective instruction plans, and monitor student progress. Asa result, student's reading comprehension proficiency increased from 15% in the beginning of the school year to 50% by the end of the school year. 
    • Developed collective efficacy through the use of data walls and individual student goal setting protocols. 92% of students in 4-5th grade completed individual goal setting trackers. As a result, teacher made informed decisions to enhance instruction. 
    • Certified Reach observer- facilitating ongoing formal and informal observations to build teacher efficacy and provide actionable feedback to improve upon instructional practice and pedagogy. 
    • Impacted school climate and culture by establishing external partnerships that enhanced family and community engagement and increased school resources.
